Warranty

Cherished Mane warrants that the product you receive will be free of workmanship and material defects for a period of 45 days from the invoice/purchase date. If you experience a concern with your product, you will need to:

• Fill out your contact information on our online warranty form.
• Provide the reason for contact (Product Warranty, Exchanges, or Returns).
• In the message box, supply the original invoice number and date of your purchase and provide a detailed description of your concern.
• All warranties are subject to inspection prior to approval.
• Cherished Mane will supply a return label for your convenience.
• After inspection and verification of concern, Cherished Mane will replace and ship the the same item free of charge.
• If the product is out of stock or no longer available, customer can choose to receive a full refund or select another item of equal value

Retail Customers Return Policy

• All returns must be pre-approved by Cherished Mane. We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after your original invoice/purchase date.

• All returns must be in the original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Returns that do not meet the requirements listed are subject to being rejected.

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Return postage must be pre-paid at the expense of the returning party.

• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Exchange items will be subject to shipping and handling fees.


• All clearance items are considered a final sale
and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
